YPMH, Nourish Food School, Jamie Oliver’s Ministry of Food and The University of Reading have recently trialled a new cooking class, aimed at equipping young people with practical skills, confidence and knowledge to support both their physical and mental wellbeing through nutrition.
YPMH has partnered with Anglian Learning to enhance its Belonging by Design strategy — helping schools in the trust adopt evidence-based approaches to prevent and manage mental health conditions such as depression.

28 September 2021 – Changing Hearts, Changing Minds is a new publication from YPMH that is the result of a 2-year collaborative project with the University of Cambridge Institute for Manufacturing (IfM) and its knowledge transfer company IfM Engage.
11 October 2021 – Aviva has announced that it is supporting a project led by YPMH and researchers at Cambridge University exploring new methods of prevention, early intervention, diagnosis and treatment of depression in young people.
